They have a manager that comes in and checks up on them though, which is great. Every so often the head guy comes in and checks to see how clean the cleaners have left it, to make sure they are on target. This shows me that they care about their clients and wants to make sure their cleaning agents are doing their job. You also keep a notebook to write messages for the cleaning crew (since they come after hours) and that's a huge help.
